I have given Auto Doctor more than enough opportunities. They do not order the correct parts and cannot complete repairs on time. Poor communication with customers, even when waiting for four hours. Poor customer service to the point of calling customer "an idiot." I highly recommend steering away from Auto Doctor.

I had an older model that started having electrical problems when I took it to the Auto Doctor. After the diagnostics the shop was very honest with me and didn't pressure me into having the work completed. They told me the problems with ignoring the problem and the benefits of fixing the problem early, but ultimately they allowed me to make the decision without pressure. I recommend this shop due to their honesty, which is hard to find this day in age.

I have an older vehicle and my transmission started slipping. I went online to yellow pages.com to find a transmission shop in my area. Auto Doctor of Warminster's listing came up. I drove my car there and they test drove it. Sure enough, the transmission was shot. They offered me a free estimate. I left my car with them and told them not to do anything yet as I wanted to check a few other transmission shops for their prices. I called 3 other shops and no one could beat the estimate that I received at the Auto Doctor. They also offered me a free rental car during the time that my car was out of service. They repaired my car and I am very pleased with the way my vehicle runs. My car will be due for state inspection soon and I will be returning to the Auto Doctor of Warminster for them to do that service also.

Auto Dr. is a great place to take your car. I had taken it there for an inspection and the staff was very friendly and they had very reasonable prices. I would suggest everyone in the Warminster area should take their car to Auto Dr. It's a great place with real good and professional people.

I recently moved to the Warminster area. I was looking for agood repair shop. I stopped into Auto Doctor and had them look at my brakes. I had a couple of estimates which were $800 and more. After they checked my brakes they told me that I did need brakes and front rotors and rear brakes. I also found that the repairs that the other shops said that I needed I did not need. The repairs that I did have performed were about half the price. Based on this experiance I had I would defiantly go back to the Auto Doctor
